'\"Project SEARCH is a one-year high school Transition to work program that provides real-world work training for students with disabilities. It is a collaboration between Garland Independent School District, Baylor Scott & White Medical Center- Garland, Texas Workforce Solutions - Vocational Rehabilitation Services and Quest Employment Services. We operate under the guidance of Project SEARCH US and the model created by Project SEARCH Cincinnati Children\'s Hospital Medical Center. Our Inaugural year, 2015-2016, 10 interns rotated through various departments within the hospital and became immersed in the hospital\'s culture. They gained the soft skills necessary to gain competitive employment within our community.\"'
