We’ll show you how to add, change, and remove features for international travel and international communications. Before you can add international features online, you must first enable the features in your product preferences. For more information, watch our video about managing employee group settings. Ready? Let’s begin. Start on the Premier homepage. Under “I want to,” select "Change Features," leave the “Lookup type” as “Wireless number,” and under “Search for,” enter the wireless number that has the features you want to change, and then click "Go." If you're prompted to select an employee group, make sure to select the one that contains the product preferences you want to use... ...and the "Change Features" page appears. The steps across the top of the page help you track your progress, and you’ll see categories of features in the center. We offer a wide variety of International packages and features to meet your business needs, including short- and long-term packages, add-on features, and more. To expand a category and see the features available for the selected device, click the plus sign. Any active features appear highlighted. For this wireless number, the category “Pay-As-You-Go International Features” offers 2 options for International Day Pass. To learn more about a feature, just click its name. We see that for this feature, you’ll be billed only for the days that you use your device while traveling. Because this meets our business needs, we’ll close the window.... ...and select the feature. Depending on which feature you select, a window with Terms and Conditions may appear. To continue, read the Terms and Conditions, click the “I have read and accept the terms and conditions” checkbox, and then click “I Accept.” The window closes and a “Start Date” field appears with today’s date. You can change the date, if needed. Simply click the calendar icon and select the date you want this feature to start. To cover international usage that's already occurred, you can select a start date earlier than the current date, as long as it falls on or after the current bill cycle’s start date. To schedule this feature for an upcoming trip, select a future date.... ...and it appears as the new “Start Date.” When you’re finished adding features, scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Continue.” Verify your requested changes, and then click “Submit.” Your change request is confirmed. Most orders are completed immediately... …and we’ll also send a confirmation email. Note that the new feature becomes available on the date you selected. If plans change, it’s easy to remove a scheduled feature. Find the feature on the “Change Features” page, under “Scheduled Features”… …de-select it, and click “Continue.” You can always reschedule the feature later. Want to learn more?
