TRIP REPORT | Delta Airlines - MD 88 - Atlanta (ATL) to Washington DC (IAD) | Economy

Delta's Mad Dog has been the workhorse of its fleet for decades, but new and modern aircraft have now replaced it.  This was an absolutely incredible flight experience, mainly because of how welcoming the crew was to us bloggers and avgeeks! Row 33 is well-known as the best seat on board due to its amazing view of both the engine and wing.  This may be one of (if not) the last MD-80 trip report on my channel since they will now be very hard to find in commercial service. A few airlines are left operating the type, most notably DAT (Danish Air Transport), who'd I'd love to fly, and LASER Airlines.  I hope you enjoy this Mad Dog sendoff!
