'Welcome everyone, It\'s been a while and now, Johor ( the southern state of Peninsular Malaysia ) has entered into Phase 4 (NRP) - National Recovery Plan. So what does it means? Firstly, we are already able to travel interstate, family dine-in (fully vaccinated adults after 14 days receiving the 2 shot) Most importantly after so many months of lockdowns (FMCO), it\'s good to go out and get some fresh air. As for today\'s vlog, we will taking a nice short trip to Desaru, a nice beach resort area located on the eastern side of Johor. It\'s a pretty popular but yet underrated beach which often get overlooked by other places like Langkawi, Tioman, Perhentian or Rendang. Next we will heading over to a small fishing village ( or town ) known as Sungai Rengit in the Pengerang area. Most of the people\'s livelihood are related to the sea since it\'s a coastal town, Here you have many restaurants serving fresh seafood with competitive prices. You are able still able to find halal seafood which is getting pretty popular nowadays as well, so join me and follow us on this trip. Just to take this time, for a short intro about myself, I\'m JT and welcome to my channel. This channel is about travel, culture, food & family fun. Due to the pandemic, currently most of the travel would be in Malaysia when I will be covering the various and different states when the time permit and as for food, I am a foodie so basically as long there is tasty food, good spot or hidden places, I won\'t be far off.
