This is a very popular dish within Indian cuisines and it\'s full of amazing flavours. The ingredients used for the marinade are also easily accessible. Kashmiri Chilli gives the chicken its red colour, you can also use a little amount of red food colouring as i have done, if you want to increase the red colour.
