'From Bollywood celebrities to sports personalities to entrepreneurs and business magnates, many new names were trending in 2021. One among these was Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan\'s elder son Aryan Khan who bagged the second spot in the list of top searches of 2021 in India. As Google India recently announced the top search trends of 2021 in the country, Olympic gold medalist, Neeraj Chopra, could be seen grabbing the top spot, while Aryan Khan, who was arrested in an alleged drug case, is at the second position. Aryan Khan along with Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha were arrested in connection with the Mumbai cruise drugs case on october 3, and were granted bail by the Bombay HC on October 28. The investigation in the case is underway. Meanwhile, \'Bigg Boss\' famed singer and now actress Shehnaaz Gill, who lost her partner Sidharth Shukla, bagged third position in the list. Sidharth passed away after suffering a massive cardiac attack at the age of 40 and Shehnaaz was completely shattered and broken after hearing the news. She is still coping with the loss. At number 4 is Shilpa Shetty Kundra\'s husband Raj Kundra, who was arrested under various sections of the IPC, the Information Technology Act and the Indecent Representation of Women (Prohibition) Act by the Mumbai police\'s crime branch in creation of pornographic content and uploading it on an OTT platform. While the fifth position was secured by entrepreneur and business magnate Elon Musk, heartthrob Vicky Kaushal, whose marriage with Katrina Kaif has been the talk of the town, is at the sixth spot. The seventh, eighth and ninth positions were grabbed by athletes PV Sindhu, Bajrang Punia and Sushil Kumar for their performances at the Tokyo Olympics.
