'I am obsessed with finding the best products possible for oily skin and my search for perfection has brought me to the loose powder category. If you have oily skin you know the importance of a good loose power to help set your foundation and to help control your oils throughout the day. I heard such good things about both the Nikkia Joy Cosmetics Velvet Finishing Powder and also the Fenty Beauty Pro Filt\'r Instant Retouch Setting Powder so I picked them up and decided to do a product smack down for you. Now that I\'ve had a chance to really play with the two powders I have to say I think the Nikkia Joy Cosmetics Velvet Finishing Powder trumps the Fenty Beauty Pro Filt\'r Instant Retouch Setting Powder. The main gripe I had with the Fenty Beauty Pro Filt\'r Instant Retouch Setting Powder was that when i left it for too long on the skin to bake for example it was really difficult to dust away! So much so that sometimes it completely ruined my look! Since filming this video I have repurchased the Nikkia Joy Cosmetics Velvet Finishing Powder and the Fenty Beauty Pro Filt\'r Instant Retouch Setting Powder is still sitting in my makeup draw. It\'s not to say that the Fenty is a bad powder, it\'s really not! But I personally like the Nikkia powder better.
