'Keto Baked Eggs in Avocado - if you like Avocado and Eggs you will love this easy baked egg dish!'

'Easy baked egg and avocado - make them for a fancy brunch or appetizer.  Make ahead and heat up for lunch at work or a quick dinner when you come home and want something fast!! Preheat oven to 350F Ingredients: 2 eggs 1 avocado salt and pepper to taste  1/2 cup of shredded cheese - or more if you love it like I do! Instructions: Wash and dry avocado.  Cut in half and take out seed/stone from the middle.  I use my knife and spear it and turn the knife.  It comes out very easily!   Place avocado cut side up in baking dish.  Crack one egg and gently place the egg in the space that the seed was in.  Do the same with the other half of avocado.  Bake for 25 minutes at 350F for a fully cooked yolk.  If you like the yolk soft bake for 20 minutes. Enjoy!!'
