
'Ingredients: 1 whole beef tenderloin Ben’s Heffer Dust 2 oz oil salt and pepper to taste Instructions: Preheat your REC TEC to 450 degrees F. Rub beef down with oil. Add pinch of salt and pepper. Apply a generous amount of Ben’s Heffer Dust and rub into meat. Place on grill and sear outside of tenderloin. Drop the temperature of the grill to 325ºF and cook until beef reaches an internal temperature of 135 degrees F. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Enjoy!
