'Sharing an Egg Recipe for Breakfast which is an easy and healthy breakfast made with Spinach and Cheese. High in protein and so delicious.     Spinach & Cheese Frittata  Serves: 3-4 person Preparation time: 20 minutes  Cooking time: 30 minutes  Cuisine: International, breakfast Author: HealthyNidhi  Ingredients: 8 organic eggs  1 cup chopped onion finely 2 tablespoons garlic  1 cup chopped choice of veggies (bell peppers, broccoli, mushrooms) in chunks ¼ cup full-fat milk ¼ cup grated cheese  Handful of spinach  1 tablespoon of oil/butter to cook 1 teaspoon oregano 1 teaspoon paprika 1 teaspoon pepper Salt to taste  Method: Preheat the oven to 200 degrees centigrade. Crack eggs in a bowl and whisk it well, for a couple of minutes. Add milk, salt, and pepper. Mix everything together till well incorporated. Keep aside.  In a cast-iron pan heat oil and add garlic. Add onions and saute. Add the chopped vegetables and stir fry briefly to cook lightly. Add seasonings of paprika, oregano (or fresh basil), salt, and pepper. Add the prepared egg mixture. (In case you don\'t have a cast-iron skillet, add the cooked veggies on the mixture and mix together and pour in ovenproof bakeware (8’’ approx)) Top it with spinach and grated cheese. Bake for 15-20 minutes till the sides are cooked and the centre swells up a bit. Serve with fresh salad and crusty bread.  Top tip: To make the frittata more creamy add cream instead of milk. Add any cheese of your choices like mozzarella and cheddar. Keep an eye while baking and adjust the time as per the oven and bakeware.  Watch the video completely to understand the full recipe.
