'Here\'s my clean version of starbucks egg white bites. All you have to do is blend the ingredients and bake in the oven, it\'s really easy! The egg white bites are loaded with roasted red peppers, cheese, and spinach, and are perfect for a low carb breakfast. Mad love..Bobby, Dessi, Rose, and Art! XOXO  Check out the KitchenAid Smart Oven+: https://bit.ly/2P09Jam  Check out our cookbook: https://amzn.to/2TOHWJL   Get my kitchen gear: https://www.amazon.com/shop/flavcity  RECIPE:  10 egg whites 1 cup cream cheese ½ cup shredded cheese, like Monterey jack Few shakes of hot sauce ¼ cup roasted red peppers, diced ¼ cup raw baby spinach, chopped 2-3 tablespoons green onions, finely sliced ¾ teaspoon salt Few cracks of pepper  Preheat oven to 300F and place a baking dish on the lowest rack and fill it half way with hot water. Add the egg whites, cream cheese, grated cheese, hot sauce, salt, and pepper to a blender and blend on medium-low for 30 seconds. Add the red peppers, spinach, green onions, and use a spoon to mix well, don\'t blend.  Spray a muffin tin with avocado oil and fill then up with the egg mixture. Place the muffin tin on the middle rack of the oven and bake for 40 minutes. The water bath will provide a humid environment and keep the egg bites soft and moist.   Remove from oven, pop the egg bites out and enjoy! Will keep in the fridge for 3 days or can be frozen for 3 weeks.'
