'Tell us in the comments what you would like to see next!  This recipe is an old one, but changed a bit to have more protein and more energy! I present you with a delicious and fast to make recipe for avocado stuffed with vegetables and an egg! Tasty and rich in healthy fats and high protein!  Necessary ingredients: 1 pcs. avocado 150 gr. peppers 50 gr. onion 1 pcs egg (average 60 gr.) 60 gr. cherry tomatoes (2 pcs.)  Cut the avocado in half. Remove the nut and the inside shell. Spoon out the mesh part of the fruit. Put it in a bowl. Keep the avocado peel. We will use it later. Cut the peppers and the onion into small bits. Mix them with the avocado mesh part. Put salt if needed. Mix again. Add one egg and stir again. Fill in the avocado peels with the mixture. Cut the cherry tomatoes into thin slices and put them on the avocadoes.
