'In this easy cooking video, I make some chicken and rice in my crockpot, or slow cooker. The ingredients I used in this easy crock pot recipe are 2 cups of water, 2 cups of rice, 2 cups of frozen mixed vegetables, 1 chicken bouillon cube, 1 tablespoon onion powder, and pepper to taste. I also used 4 chicken thighs and seasoned them with Kinder\'s Mild BBQ Rub. The cooking time is about 3 1/2 hours on high.'
