After watching the video I realized that Brandon Carter was obviously not resisting arrest and should not still be locked up. This whole incident is due to a prank that went wrong. Brandon and another big time youtuber Connor Murphy wre in the middle of doing a prank where they were pretending to get into a fight in the middle of the street. The fight was fake and was going to turn into a silly dance between the 2 until the cops came and ruined the whole prank. Brandon was arrested for resisting arrest.
