'Beefy Ring training and weights workout in my home gym. Commentary on Youtube fitness channel success as a dream. The popularity of fitness, I believe, is highly overestimated by fitness enthusiasts. Most people don\'t exercise, and don\'t want to exercise! They also don\'t want you to talk to them about exercise. Has that been your experience because it sure has been mine? I believe the market and demand for fitness content is not there. However, the supply is plentiful with the huge numbers of fitness channels.  Ideas of more viable and in demand fitness channels: Product reviews: people love buying stuff, tell em what they should buy; Make up reviews and tutorials omg have u seen all the trending videos? A make up video is usually trending in top ten. Trans make up reviews too so don\'t feel excluded boys; vlogs - even though I find vlogs terribly boring.   If you decide to make a fitness channel I give my tips finally. 1, trim and edit the video clips and lengths. 2, make it interesting. 3, strength is not interesting by itself, neither are aesthetics. However both would be more interesting that being weak and unattractive. ( especially more so that me) Be funny, knowledgeable, inspiring, and convey emotion and the personal trials that is fitness.   - Ring handstand push ups - Z presses or seated shoulder presses done with heavy weights up to 275 lbs for stability then lighter weights for reps - Front level pulls - Assisted iron cross pulls - Ring curls - ring tricep extensions - Dumbbell curls - Dumbbell tricep extensions  - I also do lateral raises and ring face pulls, but don\'t film it.  I did about 3 sets for all the exercises.   My chest and back were sore before the workout was over haha.'
