'Hello to the 360 Fitness Community :)   May 8, 2020.   Please watch the video or read below - same information.   We wanted to bring all our members together and up to speed with everything 360 Fitness and keep everyone in the loop.   Wow, the last 7 weeks have been a blur! At times it has felt like only days have gone by since we had to temporarily close down and other days it has felt like years. I think you can all relate.   We want you all to know how proud we are of our amazing team and how much we appreciate our supportive members. We are so lucky to have this community.   Earlier this week, the team and I had a recap of what\'s been going on and we thought we’d share.   Where we started 7 weeks ago:  1. March 17 shutdown 2. Stopped all memberships, payments and did the right thing 3. Unsure of the next step  What we’ve been up to: 1. We took a deep breath and pivoted our entire business online in less than 5 days after close 2. We have signed up 120x 21 day challengers and 28 Elite Coaching Clients 4. We created a structure for supplement sales in the gym and now have an online website for supplements that will ship right to your door 5. We have created comprehensive re-opening policies, procedures and manuals that will enable us to re-open safely for staff and clients while still delivering a world class service 6. We have raised over $1100 for local food banks, have joined the board of directors for Walk a Mile, are still rocking BNI and are still doing 100 Men and 100 Women  State of Re-Opening: We are in Phase 3 of businesses to re-open in Alberta - a hurry up and wait situation. When we know more about set dates, we will be more than ready.  We will come back steady, strong and safely.  Our Priorities Until Then: Enhance our online personal training services even more and onboard more coaches and clients into our virtual fitness world 2. Continue to monitor the situation and alter and add to our re-opening procedures 3. Make bulk orders for masks, gloves, cleaners, thermometers, floor tape and other supplies 4. Continue to send our clients surveys for feedback  Here’s What You Need to Do: Stay connected, stay positive and support your neighbors and community as best as you can.  Stay healthy and strong for yourself and for your family.  Get moving on your own or ask for help. We have great online options available for you for workouts, nutrition and accountability. The online clients are crushing it and the results are better than we could ever imagine.   Our online trainers have created amazing programs and the results have been exceptional.   There are still going to be challenges ahead, and we are going to continue to lean on the strength of our team to do it together.   Thank you to each of you :) We got this
