'Goal Setting Worksheet To Help Achieve Health & Fitness Success'

'We have put together a special worksheet to help our clients firstly define what they want with regards to health and fitness and secondly make sure they stay on track. All of the most successful people in the world set goals, whether it is business, sports, music, it does not really matter. If you dont set a goal you will not achieve much. Did you know only 3% of the population actually set goals? Anyway we know that all of the clients who get great results ALWAYS have clear definable goals that they constantly review, write down and read ALL the time. So that is why we have created a worksheet that is very easy to fill in and we will make sure our clients use it to keep them  on track.  And one of the biggest things we always get from people who are struggling with weight loss or trying to build muscle or just improving their fitness is \" I dont have any motivation\". Whenever someone says that to  me I know this person does not have clear defined goals that mean something to them. Because there is a lot more to it than just writing down I want to lose weight. You have to know \"WHY do you want to lose weight, or WHY do you want to reduce your stress or sleep better. It sounds like a pretty obvious question but did you know that this is the secret to finding your MOTIVATION! If you have a real burning desire  to do something you will achieve it, guaranteed. And it all starts with planning and writing down what you want and why. To make it more effective we have broken the sheet into parts. Part 1 is all about exercise and you have to try and establish what 3 things you are going to do to reach your goal. It can be simple things like \" I want to walk at least 30 minutes every day\" Part 2 is all about Nutrition and all you have to do is define the top 5 things to do for this month. For most people there might be about 20 things to change but we have found that if you chunk down your goals into smaller pieces you are more likely to not be overwhelmed and ultimately achieve more by trying to do less. Part 3 is all about trying to reduce stress levels and make sure you get enough rest and sleep. This is a big part of any health and fitness plan and often one that is neglected and ignored.
