
'Huge shout out to Justin Sert for an amazing collaboration with Two Bridges Muay Thai. * Cross training benefits between AFB & Muay Thai! Justin trained me in the art of Muay Thai showing me his striking combos which was so exciting as I love martial arts from a young lad training in Karate. We then analyzed his movement patterns that he trains & coaches & cross trained those specific movement patterns hanging on our AFB straps.
