'Aerial Fitness Bodies & Two Bridges Muay Thai!'

'Huge shout out to Justin Sert for an amazing collaboration with Two Bridges Muay Thai. * Cross training benefits between AFB & Muay Thai!  Justin trained me in the art of Muay Thai showing me his striking combos which was so exciting as I love martial arts from a young lad training in Karate.   We then analyzed his movement patterns that he trains & coaches & cross trained those specific movement patterns hanging on our AFB straps.   Benefits: - Muay Thai skill specific movement patterns - Shoulder stability - Scapular positioning - Shoulder strength - Grip & forearm strength - striking, guard & blocking!  - Articular rotations - strength through a greater range - Core engagement & control - Strength through Mobility - Hanging recovery  Our focus was showing how AFB can be implemented into a Muay Thai training program and the benefits gained to achieve bodyweight strength & new Muay Thai striking combos.
