'What\'s up, Achievers?! Lauren here with a Technique Tuesday on the Goblet Squat! The Goblet Squat is a fantastic way to first learn the squat because of how the weight is positioned on the body. However, it can also be an advanced movement when you increase the load or adjust the tempo like I show in this video. The Goblet Squat is a great way to work your lower body while placing a lot less pressure on the lower back than say a barbell back squat.
