All you need is a pair of Dumbbells (or Water Bottles).  Dumbbells I use: 2 x 5 kg  I recommend doing 2-3 HIIT Workouts per Week + STRENGTH TRAINING with Resistance Bands, Dumbbells or only with your Bodyweight.
