'How to Front Squat like a PRO!!'

'What\'s up, Achievers?! Jason here with a quick Technique Tuesday on Front Squats. Front squats are amazing in terms of developing total body strength. Unlike the back squat, because the load is out in front, it seriously challenges your anterior core to stabilize and maintain an upright position.  Olympic lifters should definitely do front squats because strength there would transfer over to their Clean. Powerlifters should also do front squats because the core strength and bar path requirements should carry over indirectly to increasing their back squat numbers. Finally, everyone can benefit from all of the quad, core, and general lower body strength development that a front squat has to offer!
