
'Triceps training tips.... this video takes you through some exercises to hit the various heads of the triceps from different angles. It\'s definitely important to do some warm-up sets, stretch and get some blood into the triceps and connective tissues before doing the heavier sets. In general I perform 3-4 sets of every exercise and my rep range is 8-20 reps per set. It is so important to control the weight, use good form and never snap your elbows when performing tricep exercises!
