'A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FITNESS YOUTUBER - FULL DAY OF EATING AND TRAINING. This video is a typical Friday of mine. (My day off) when i usually film and edit YouTuber videos and go about my day to day routine. My current goal right now is to maintain my current physique and in order to do that I need to roughly intake 2,500 calories every day. I had 4 meals in this video and drilled the one arm handstand for a few sets spread out throughout the day. I also practice some flips. Still recovering from my shoulder injury so didn\'t do any sets / reps work. Hope you guys enjoy the video!!
