
'Hello! The owner of Achieve Fitness, Jim Machak, gets his **** kicked by Misty Lambert, NPC Rocky Womens Physique and Bodybuilding Champion. This was just a quad only emphasis so after preexhausting with leg extensions and leg curls we headed to the hack squat machine, the leg press and finished with leg extensions... we just filmed the heaviest sets on the hack squat and leg press. Here\'s the workout: 3 Warm-Up sets of Leg Extensions supersetted with Leg Curls and stretching 4 Sets of Hack Squats: 3 sets deep to warm-up with 1, 2 and 3 plates/side then a set of 15 with 5 plates/side (ouch) and a final set with 6 plates/side just going 80 degrees down to target the quads!!! Leg Press: 5 Sets!!! Set with 2/side, 5/side, 8/side for 15, 10/side for 15 and a final DROP set of 10, 8, 6, 4, 2 plates per side completing 10 reps each set until the final set of 2 plates we did 20 for a total of 60 reps.
