
'We are back again with another training video! Training biceps is fun and definitely a favorite.... this vid gives a few tips. For all bodyparts it is important to warm up however a lot of athletes rush into heavy sets when training biceps, make sure you warm-up and stretch out the connective tissues before moving onto the heavy sets. In general I perform 3-4 sets for every exercise and use a rep range of 8-15 reps per set.
