Today, I\'m going to go over exercises you can use to improve your thoracic spine (t-spine)/upper back mobility. Having a restricted upper back can really affect the way you move and bring your arms overhead. For that reason, I put together six different drills you can use to enhance the extension, flexion, and rotation of your t-spine! I hope this video helped you out!
