'What\'s up, Achievers?! Jason here with a Technique Tuesday on how to optimize your core training! If you have a difficult time feeling core exercises and you end up overusing your lower back, then this video is for you. I talk a lot about breathing and marching drills that might not necessarily feel all that difficult, but are super important in terms of setting up a proper foundation for you. These drills will also be important if you are in a position of anterior pelvic tilt.  These skill of being able to connect your pelvis to your rib cage will help you in everyday life as well as during exercises like squats, deadlifts, push ups, etc.  We hope this video helped you out!
