'We are back again with a weekly training video at Achieve Fitness. Shoulder training is so important and so many people can get injured so it\'s important to do it right. Always warm-up, stretch and use good, slow form when training delts... it\'s all about the mind to muscle connection. I perform 4-5 sets of each exercise going up in weight and intensity on each set!  Train hard and safe!
