'Derek also known as \"More Plates More Dates\" is a great resource for those wanting to travel the anabolic highway. The majority of his content relates to SARMs and anabolic steroid usage, so if you are into that, he\'s a good one to follow, as education in this area is paramount for anyone going that route!   More Plates More Dates is more than just a catchy name that rhymes; it\'s a plethora of other content as well, from hair loss tips to fragrances to fasion with the occasional workout video thrown in as well.     Actually, his channel compliments mine pretty well; I don\'t go into most of those topics with the exception of working out, so he covers a lot of what I don\'t.     I\'m a fan; not because I take steroids of any kind, but just because it\'s nice to see that there\'s a levelheaded resource in that area that people can go to for advice. Plus, whenever I see a brother in this industry putting in those 80-100 hour weeks, I gotta respect that.
