However most of my information is extreme summary from this dry but efficient book: Samurai, Warfare and the State in Early Medieval Japan, by Karl F. Friday, and this AMAZING book about the Tokugawa period: Performing The Great Peace, by Luke S. Roberts. Also no offense to The Last Samurai. I freaking love that movie. Also I forgot to talk about his perks. So in short Galestorm, Devourer, and Remedy are my favorite to use seeing as his others are less valuable, however I might occasionally sub in Endurance for either Galestorm or Devourer. (keeping remedy because sometimes you have to kill with a double tap top light after a parry since his heavies are too slow)'
