'Here are my personal 4 times a week workout routine:  Day 1: Chest and Arms Day 2: Back and Biceps Day 3: Legs and Triceps Day 4: Shoulders and Abs Day off: Rest / Cardio / Sports  Tip #1: If you can workout 4 times a week  - 4 times a week routine - 30-45mins - two body parts  - 3 or 4 Exercises  - 3 sets per exercise   Tip #2: If you have limited time  - 4 times a week routine - 20-30mins - one body part - one exercise only  - but 5 sets per session  Tip #3: No time to workout on weekdays  - Day off  - Whole Body - 1 or 2 exercises per body part - 2 or 3 Sets  Tip #4: No time to go to the gym  - Workout at home with or without equipment  #workoutlikeastar​ #batanggoldsgym​ #goldsgymbaby #fitdada'
