'10 Minute Fat Burning Crossfit Workout | No Equipment Required | Gym Performance  Everyone seems to think getting in shape is about 2 hour workouts and counting your macros.   WRONG  There are levels to this game. So realise where you are currently at and don\'t get too overwhelmed by weighting your food and spending hours a week in the gym.   Simple habit changes and 10-15 minute workouts here and there can dramatically change your body in a very short space of time.  So try this workout at home!   21 Burpees, 21 Sit Ups, 21 Jumpings Lunges 15 Burpees, 15 Sit Ups, 15 Jumpings Lunges 9 Burpees, 9 Sit Ups, 9 Jumpings Lunges  Depending on your fitness level, repeat the circuit 2-4 times.  Is this something you can easily do?   100% it is...   If your goal is far loss this is a quick calories burner that is pretty fun and gets your heart rate nice and high so you know you\'ve had a good workout.
