
'Yet another training video... this time featuring glutes! You can design an entire workout just for the booty! Here I give a few tips on how to enhance this area. Like any other body part make sure you stretch, perform some warm-up sets and be safe when training glutes. A lot of people rush through glute training and perform 1/2 reps and don\'t use good form when training glutes.... take your time and focus on the specific muscle you are training. In general I perform 3-5 sets of every glute exercise and do 8-20 reps per exercise.
