'In this video at Richard in the Kitchen I show y\'all how to make an all-in-one waffle breakfast with bacon, egg and cheese. The classic breakfast favorites, crisp bacon and cheesy scrambled eggs, mixed in with the waffle batter and cooked until golden brown and crispy in your waffle maker. An all-in-one-breakfast in just minutes. Shopping List: Servings: 1 waffle. 2 eggs (1 scrambled and 1 fried_ 2 pieces crisp bacon Shredded cheddar cheese Waffle batter Butter Salt and pepper Non-stick cooking spray Maple syrup Directions: Mix the waffle batter per package directions Fry the bacon until crisp. Drain on paper towels then break up into pieces. Scramble 1 egg Spray the lid and base and pre-heat the waffle maker on medium heat. When heated, add the batter in the center. Don\'t over fill. Sprinkle the scramble egg and bacon pieces on top of the batter. Sprinkle with cheese. Close the lid and cook until you no longer see steam escaping from under the lid. While the waffle is cooking fry the other egg sunny side up. Plate up the waffle, top with the fried egg and pour warmed maple syrup over the top. Enjoy!
