'Greetings! Continuing on with our 4th of July suggestions, today I am sharing with you how I make delicious oven fried chicken drumsticks for a crowd! This is the perfect take along or addition to your celebration menu. They are easy to fix, super cheap and everyone loves a chicken leg right? My mom always made oven fried chicken, because she was seriously allergic to deep frying anything. I don\'t mind deep frying so much, but I must admit, I don\'t like frying chicken one bit, especially when you are talking about whole cut up chickens, fried the proper way. That can take a very long time when you are talking about serving a bunch of people! This is the real answer! You get the satisfaction and crunch of true fried chicken without all the work. These drumsticks are great right out of the oven, warm or at room temperature or cold from the fridge. The coating is crispy and the butter gives them a wonderful flavor. My mom used to make big pans of legs and thighs for barbecues as an additional offering aside from the burgers and dogs.
