Ingredients: (for 4 servings) + 450 g chicken breasts + 275 g bacon + 2 tbsp olive oil + 450 g fresh spinach + 325 g cauliflower + 4 garlic cloves + 75 ml heavy whipped cream + salt and pepper How to cook: 1. Cut the chicken breast into long pieces. 2. Wrap bacon around each chicken breast piece. 3. Fry for about 5 minutes until lightly browned. Then bake for about 15 minutes in the oven. 4. Divide the cauliflower into small florets. 5. Cook cauliflower in salted water until tender. 6. Chop and crush garlic cloves. 7. Fry garlic in olive oil until golden. 8. Put the cauliflower in a blender together with the garlic cloves and the pan juices. 9. Add the cream and puree until smooth. 10. Cut spinach into 3 segments, then fry until tender. 11.
